Promoted "Host" not able to see Layouts

This may be a unique situation, but as a "Named Host" I often prmote other users to "Host" in order to provide training.  Ever since this morning, most of the people I've promoted, have not been able to see the Layouts Bar.

 

Each time I've had the particpant call Adobe's help line to fix the problem, but it occurred three times with three people in three differnt rooms.

 

This is identified as an "intermittent bug."

 

If anybody has any solutions or work-arounds, I'd appreciate it.

We've had a similar situation since Monday , named hosts are logging in as presenter through the app we then need to upgrade them. Not sure if anyone else has faced issues since 11.,2 we;ve noticed sound is an issue in the web v. and that people using the app are being kicked out or sometimes web cam is not working.
