This is a real puzzler! Does the file include a quiz? Had you
accessed
it previously? I asked around here and no one could think of
any
explanation for what you're experiencing here unless the file
has been
published to multiple locations. I'd recommend blowing out
the
existing copy on the server and republishing again and
accessing as a
new user just to eliminate variables. If you're still
