Hello there !
Having one Webinar Manager 100 for few years, we want to increase our capacity and be able to organize two webinars sessions the same time.
In this perspective, we ordered 1 more Webinar Manager 100.
Since then (few days ago), we noticed no change : neither a new seminar license appears in "User seminars", nore it appears in our administration board :
Is it a misunderstanding from us ?
Any ideas concerning the cause of this problem ?
