Adobe Flash High CPU Usage (Mac)

Hello, I tried to install the 32 bit but failed. Do you know any other version I can download in MacBook Pro 13in 2017.

But strangely the reply become the independant post.

I have followed the suggestion of the post, but it doesn't work. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks!
