when my institution changed to a different conferencing product, we spent days downloading key Adobe Connect sessions, following the instructions to produce MP4 files. Our computers have recently been updated and we find we can't play them. Neither Microsoft Media Player nor VLC, nor Quicktime will play them. What product is recommended to play these MP4 files?
The MP4s should play back with any media player. It seems like the issue may be related to the update, rather than the MP4s. Are you able to play MP4s from other sources?

Simple MP4s are fine. I'm assuming its the codec giving us issues.
I can't see a way to access Adobe Support: I just go round and round through pages without finding an entry point.
