I have a recording that will not play, and when I try to edit it, it tells me the resources doesn't exist. This is on Connect 9 Hosted.

Was the audio from the meeting recorded with VoIP or an integrated phone bridge?
Is the recording playable/editable now?

This was a small class meeting with audio being recorded by the instructor no one else had mike rights etc.... so we didn't use either voip or phone bridge, just the built in audio of Connect

The built in audio is VoIP. Using VoIP shouldn't have cause a situation where there is a delay in the recording being available. It the recording is still showing 0.0 Kb in file size and is not function, then you should probably call Adobe Support, 800-945-9120, and see if they can figure out where the recording went wrong and fix it.

Actully it show 41708.0 KB...for 12 minutes which seems right...
