We've never found a practical way to do this. It doesn't look like Adobe/media intend for Breeze to work this way.

In the meantime, we spend hours every week going through and throwing out unauthorized recordings of meetings--they can take up a lot of disk space and you can't stop anyone with host privileges from recording their meetings.
