Hi folks, I've had several users call me this morning already who aren't able to hear in an Adobe Connect room. All users complaining are on Macs and are trying to access the room through the browser. I got one user working by going into Preferences and giving microphone and "Auto-play" access to our website, but they had to reboot to get those settings to take effect. The others we are just trying to get them to use the app.
Anybody know what is causing this or if Apple release and update recently that screwed things up?

I've not heard of this issue, but there is a new Mac and Windows app being released tomorrow (5/7/21) with a good list of fixes. Maybe that will help.
