Saved recording - people talking over each other

Hello,

In my online Adobe Connect recordings, two people are having a conversation. When I download the recording (which I've done multiple times), they are talking over each other at random times.

Does anyone have any ideas of how to solve this?

Thanks so much!

It sounds like the time markers may have been messed up. I believe Adobe Support has a tool to fix this, you should reach out to them.

Thanks so much! I downloaded the tool (Jaydeep's Recording Repair Assistant) and may have fixed it. The problem is, the tool only exports to a Zip file with many different components. So now I have to figure out how to make those back into a single MP4 file before I can be sure it's working....

After downloading the source zip and using Jaydeep's tool, you will need to re-upoad the Zip file of the source files and then create a new offline MP4.

Thanks for your help. I did that, but the timing is still off. This is getting very frustrating.
