Screen is not advancing

One of our users is having this strange problem when viewing recorded session.  She can hear the audio, the time bar advances but the screen just freezes.  If she advances the time, the screen changes but it then freezes again.  This doesn't occur to live sessions, only recorded sessions.  Any ideas?

I am having the same problem. I have tried Safari and Firefox on my iMac. I have installed Connect. Updated Flash. I am still seeing a frozen screen with survey questions that will not allow me to answer the questions, close the survey, but I still hear the audio I just can't see the video.
