We are having issues with people sharing their screens. We don't get an error, it just spins. I have asked all to update their AC player and set display settings scale to 100% but no joy. Please advise.

It's been about three months since I began calling Adobe about screen share not working. Of all the techs and supervisors I've spoken with, the overwhelming majority blame my side of the issue. Apple says no. Not my side. Not my computer. Not my OS (Ventura 13.7). After emailing Adobe the 'Error window' I see at last step before share app should open, Adobe finally said they would look into it. They had never seen this before, they say. To this day still no response. Next time you call Adobe support with this issue, ask them who the screen share contractor is. It's not an Adobe service. It's third party. Then you can ask THEM about what/who is really the problem here.
