I created 3 webiars in a seminar room and now that I no longer need a seminar room I can not access the webinars. Anyway to get them without paying for a seminar room?

Are you using 'webinar' for recordings? You should still be able to go into the recordings section of your seminar room and see the list of recordings. You can move them to the Content Library by checking the box next to them and selecting the Move button and then browse to the desired folder in the Content Library.

At what point in your workflow are you getting an error message preventing you access to the recordings?

We only needed the seminar room for 3 webinars to accomodate more the 100 participats. We do not have a seminar room account now, only the basic meeting room account. Adobe support told me that even if I pay for the seminar room now I will not be able to move the webinars to another folder.

Ah, so you are trying to move the actual rooms to a Meetings folder. Support is correct in telling you you cannot move the Seminar room to a Meeting folder. You should move all the recordings to the Content library and you can then delete the Seminar rooms, and create new Meeting rooms in the Meeting folder using the same URL. If you are not concerned about keeping the same link to the room, then just create new rooms in a Meeting folder.

All I want to do is move the 3 webinars, not the Seminar room itself, from a seminar room to a meeting room. When you say Content library I think of the .doc, .ppt, mp3 files that are in the content library. The webinars themselves are in Meetings folders. But, it looks like I will have to pay the $600 just to open the seminar room so I can move the content to a meeting room. I am not concerned about the link staying the same. These were webinars to train teachers and I can setup a new link.

Thanks for your help.

There should be an Uploaded Content section of the seminar room. You can migrate anything in there to the Content library as well. Also, if you have the source content from the meeting, you can just re-upload it.

I guess I'm confused as to why you would need to access the meeting room for any content. Anything that was uploaded to the room, would be accessible outside of the room as well. What meeting content are you looking to move?
