We'd like to use be able to Share PDFs in our Adobe Connect sessions, just as one might do with PowerPoints files. However, we can't seem to get it to work for us. Is there a way to share PDFs with meeting participants?

Secondly, if we *can't* share PDFs, is there a way to turn them into .swf files so they *can* be shared?

PDF's cannot be share in the share pod with this version of Connect.

Use FlashPaper (3rd item down on the Getting Started page) to install a Print to SWF driver on your computer. It works the same as a Print to PDF driver.

However, if you are on a Vista or Mac box, then you will probably need to reach out to something like www.print2flash.com that allows you to use a free web app to convert the files to SWF.
