Hello team,
As per the current update, the ability to share system audio while sharing screen is now available.
I've tried it using the desktop app and the browser but it is not working.
Any tips or additional steps that I need to do?

The option for screen sharing with system audio is not entirely intuitive. There is a drop down menu next to screen sharing menu that you need to use to share your screen with system audio... Took me longer than I'm willing to admin to sort out where that function was, lol.

That's awesome! How did you manage that dropdown to appear? I only have this:
No dropdown on the screen icon, I've recently updated the desktop app.

Ah, make sure your room has the 'Enhanced Audio and Video' setting enabled. This feature was a beta feature in Connect 12.1.5 and is now fully supported in 12.2.
If you are in 'Standard Mode' you should see the options in the Share pod that you are looking at.

Hi, thanks for the prompt response! 🙂 Indeed it is enabled. But still, I don't have the screen dropdown option. Hmmmm... I'm missing a step! 🙂

The other condition is that you are using a Windows computer and the Windows Desktop App for Connect. If you are in the meeting in a browser or on a Mac, then you won't see that option.

Aha! This is amusing, I tried creating a new meeting, just now and...
I'm using a Windows computer and the Windows Desktop App for Connect.
The challenge for me now is to transfer my existing layouts to my new room! I have had these layouts for 2 years now.

Try moving your old room into your My Templates folder. Then when you create a new room you should see the old room in the templates drop down menu. It will clone the layouts and content in the old room! Just have to pick a new URL for the new room.
