Spinning and waiting to get into adobe connect standard meeting room

Participants are gettting a spinnning circle a if they are waiting to connect into the adobe room but they never connect.  Anyone know what is going on?

This happened to one of our participants yesterday, although I'm unclear what you mean by "spinning circle".  Typically participants see a growing bar along with the note "Preparing the Room".  I think it's BS that this would ever be allowed to happpen.  When I've contacted Adobe Connect support I've been told that it may be caused by a user with slower CPU speed. (not related to internet).   I've seen it myself and I have quite a robust computer CPU, but it usually works after a few attempts.  However for a training participant, I would not expect them to keep trying.  It needs to work first-time.

Thanks Chris.  You are right it's a bar.  My son got it today as we were testing.  And he has really good CPU.  It's totally frustrating!
