Hello! One of our trainers is running Adobe Connect 11 on her Surface Pro. When she uses the new version of AC, her Surface Pro internal camera zooms in way too far - for example, it only shows her forehead and one eye. If she uses her external webcam, it doesn't have the zooming issue, and if she switches to classic view in Adobe Connect while using her internal camera, the zooming issue stops.
She does not want to use her external webcam, and because our account already upgraded to AC11, we'd really like her to be using the new interface so that it's the same as everyone else's. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Nothing done by adobe up to now. What a pitty! what a shame!!!!
I have 9 years of experience with adobe connect but i got tired of these mistakes. They will lose their customers....
