Looking for some help,
I have a presentation that i have uploaded to acrobat as a Adobe Presenter presentation prepared in power point.
It has within it two flash animations and one flash paper document.
The issue is that although the whole presentation sychronises , the animation 'click thruogh's' and the flash paper do not.
e.g. When getting to the flash paper document if i scroll down or zoom in to it it does not move or zoom on the attendee's screen, They have complete controle of it.
When i click on one of the click thruoghs on the animation i get the next movie playing, they however need to be directed to click on the correct bit to see the next movie.
This obviously makes controling the presentation a tad tricky especially if there is more than one attendee.
I know the solution would be to re-program the animations so that there is only one movie per slide, but this does not solve the flash paper issue.
Or i could share my desktop and play the presentation within my browser, but neither of these are ideal.
Does anyone know of another solution?

Separate out the flashpaper document, put in it a separate
share pod, then you will get the sync button at the bottom of the
pod - this will allow you to have host control.
As far as the flash animations, unless they were programmed using the Collaboration Builder SDK, each participant will see their own version.

We have been working with one of our customers on delivering
an on line sales tool using the Adobe Connect environment. They for
the usual legal reasons wished to use a sales aid they had already
created. This was a flash based CD-rom with various flash movies
initiated by rollovers and buttons.
But there was two problems:
1. The index would not work i.e. the menu page appeared but the subsequent movies and animations could not be found
2. The click throughs and rollovers would not synchronizes, i.e. if the presenter moved forward through the presentation the participants did not.
Both of these obviously make it useless.
After over three weeks of R&D we (David Kwaw , Steve Grovenor and J ) have developed a bespoke piece of programing, based on Sync SWF
http://www.adobe.com/devnet/acrobatconnect/articles/basic_syncswf_pt1.html
That solves this issue, we have since refined the coding so that ONLY the presenter has control of the flash presentation, making it more like Adobe Presenter just ALOT more flexible and better looking.
If you would like to know more... just drop us a line.
