I'm using Captivate 8 and 9 to publish user-interactive content (quizzes, games, etc.) A request came to add the published course to our Adobe Connect Training/Meeting and have the facilitator of the virtual class use the Sync button to allow participants to fully interact with the Captivate demo/simulation on their own. The Captivate user documentation explains how this is supposed to work, but every time we test the content inside of Connect, the Sync and Unsync button functionality does not behave as intended. Sync is supposed to allow the facilitator to show their screen to allow participants to see facilitator actions. When facilitator turns Sync Off (Un-sync) participants are supposed to be able to fully interact with the Captivate demo/simulation on their own. We're running Connect 9.5 (not sure of the service pack). Can someone shed light on potential or known issues?
