Syncronization Problem

Hi there,

We use adobe connect for our training session. And after training programmes we downloaded recorded training video for editing. But Adobe do not let download the raw video records, rather the site rip videos in different format and then let us to download the video. During this rip process sometimes video and sound syncronisation are out of sync. How can we fix this problem. Or is there any possibility to download the original video records from the Adobe Connect site.
