Please could you advise me I was sent an url for a meeting training in safeguarding I have downloaded the app in advance 

this is week three of training

1st week could not get into the room tried for three hours 

2nd week I got in no trouble and caught up even though missing week one

3rd week spent two hours could not get in 

showed error

showed incorrect url 

the link once copied and pasted showed safety links not the url 

tyoed it in myself correctly still did not get in said this link does not exist

enailed host she said it shows me in the room twice asked me was I in I said no kick me out I'll try again but don't think she did as the breakout room rang me on a break out interval to join a discussion so I told them I wasn't in 

went back to try again

trued downloading on the android tablet used link would not let me in

checked my email to ensure correct link did not work 

checked my WiFi was connected it was

 and out of the work browser to external one would not let me down load Adobe connect 

asked me to type my Microsoft password and could not remember changing it so left that way went back to mobile app. Deleted the app downloaded it again then opened it again and put the link in again

stilm not in.

I spent the whole training doing this over anc over, trying to get support from Adobe or somewhere to repair an issue...

tried three different emails to host the last one apologising and requesting slides to teach myself 

I really need to be able to proceed with use without all these troubles and keep up with my work please advise or send simple instructions explaining. 
what has happened.

what to do.
