When automatically sending a thank you email based on any of the thank you templates, an average of 7 same emails are being sent to attendees in an Adobe Connect webinar. Is anyone else experiencing this, or do you know where the setting is to control the number of same emails being sent? Thanks.

Yes, this has been happening to us since Fall 2015. Not sure what started it, but I have no idea how to stop it.
