Hi, I am new to Adobe and when I run my first webinar I encountered big problem - most of my participants did not receive the Meeting Invitation e-mail and those who received it could not use the links.
My webinars are open and participants are in different countries using different e-mail clients. I have no control over it and I would like to be able to send them simple instructions on what to do to make sure the Adobe connect e-mails do not get caught by their SPAM filters.
