Many of my participants have had issues with getting their webcams to connect. I had the issue today, and would like to see if anybody has any thoughts on why this might happen, and how to fix it.
Context - I was in the Adobe Web Browser. Camera worked. Then I switched to the App. Camera did not connect, and Adobe Connect said there was a malfunction. But the camera continued to work fine in both WebEx and Zoom.

Then when I re-opened it in the browser, it worked fine (and still in Zoom and WebEx).

Is this a problem with the Adobe Connect app? Or am I doing something wrong?
