I have installed the Adobe Connect client onto my Windows 10 Dell Inspiron 7773 laptop 10 minutes ago. It opens and appears to connect to the room, but as soon as I click screen sharing or attempt to activate my webcam, the application disappears off of the screen without any messages or indication as to why.
What could be the cause of this? I'm trying to give a presentation which is now not going to happen.
