We are using the Seminar room facility to create the webinar rooms of up to 500 capacity.
However we have found for the last few days that newly created rooms are not letting people enter - participants or hosts. We have used an older room and renamed it however upon renaming it that stopped working. We have found that today these rooms work "sometimes" for certain people. Are there any service degradation issues occurring at present? This was also happening for the smaller standard meeting rooms up to 100 participants.
