Uploading trouble

Hi, I'm trying to upload a captivate 7 file on my connect 9 server, but it fails. The server is reachable from my browser, and the server's name in captivate publish module is correct. (when I was working with cap6 everything was ok)

I'm tying now to reinstall cp7 just to make an attempt. What can I do more? Thank's,  Ugo (Italy)connect issue.JPG

Hi Ugo,

Re-installing cp7 wont help as the problem point is not that. Problem is with the content that you are trying to upload which somehow Connect fails to recognize and shows up this error.

Can you please send your cptx file to sameerpuri87@gmail.com, so that we can have a look at the issue?
