Hello all,

For some reason a meeting of ours has become "stuck" in that we cannot end it.  The session remains intact even when we end the meeting or sign out.  The result is that when we log back in again to try and kill the meeting, Acrobat aggregates each time we log in to the meeting user quota.  Finally it has reached a point where we can no longer get inside the meeting to try and end it.  The message "User limit exceeded. COntact Meeting organizer" appears instead.  We let the issue alone for a few hours thinking the meeting will finally get all the end commands we issued earlier but no luck.  Help!  Our meeting is stuck and we can't end it thus making Acrobat useless to us.  Anybody else know how to end the stuck meeting session?

Thanks,

Allen

If this is an Adobe Hosted meeting, then you need to call Adobe Support and advise them the complete meeting URL. If this is on your own Adobe Connect Server, then you can try rebooting the server to see if that ends the meeting. Again, Support can assist with this as well. Please understand that Acrobat is not part of the name since last year. The product is now called Adobe Connect.
