Hmm. I don't remember a camera "wizard", I'll have to look at
this again. We have tried the Select Camera from the top menu, but
the only name that appears in the list is our camera, nothing else.
(If I'm not quite understanding what you said, would you please let
me know?)
By "stop and restart the camera pod" do you mean the "sharing
camera"? (Going by memory, not able to test at the moment.)
Since I started this topic, we tried it on another computer
with the same results. Also, I forgot to mention, the other problem
we've had is when we try sharing our desktop from either computer.
We just get a flickering mess. Both have tested being "host" and
that variable didn't make a difference.
I guess I'll try Adobe support, but past experience prior to
any purchase has been poor. They just keep saying that "We can't
help you until you buy the product" to which we say "Well, that
fine. But keep in mind that we won't buy the product unless we know
it will actually work for us." (Only once did we get passed on to
someone who'd help.) Certainly with Connect we're not going to buy
it if we can't fix these problems.
