If I set up all my video pods in the presenters only area. Then start recording will I be able to view it later or must all video pods have to be located on the main presentation board?  If not, is there a way I can do video for later viewing not current presentation activities?

I suppose you could run two rooms at the same time, one that is audio only and one that contains the video, audio, and whatever else you need in the recording. Then use the recording of the second room, as needed.

Connect meeting recordings are done from the Participant view, so the POA is not part of the recording.

You can always make a recording when not in a sessions with clients/students, and then have that available as a recording for later viewing.
