Here is the situation:
I have uploaded a few videos into Adobe Presenter and then published in a ZIP package.
I then uploaded the Zip package into my Connect Pro room.
If I am a host and play the video, I can't see or hear the video...BUT the video is playing through the room as other participants can see and hear it--I just can't. I can see that the play bar is moving but the video screen is black. I can see from a second computer that it is playing just fine.
I can play the ZIP package directly from the upload content tab and click on the link and it plays just fine---just not through the room as a host.
Has anyone else seen this or is there something blatantly obvious I am not doing right? To make it even more inconsistent, this does not happen all the time. I can go to other videos and they play just fine from my host perspective (i have two videos embedded on a presentation published via Presenter--they both play through the room fine but I can only see and hear one of them).

Alright, now after playing through the video completely (and not seeing it or hearing it but seeing that it is playing fine for participants), I just tried it again and it is fine. I can now see and hear from the host perspective. I didn't do anything different other than push play again.
Also, I have two slides with a video on each slide. I am in synch mode and when I clicked from the second slide to the first slide, it worked for me as the host but my participants in the room were not forced to follow. It just played the same video again instead of following me. So I did it again and finally on the 3rd time, it forced them to synch with me. I could also witness this as I had a second computer set up with a test participant user.

This is definitely a host issue. Previously, I was a host through my PC and could see and hear the video playing on my Mac machine which I was logged in as just a participant even though I couldn't see it on my PC. So just for curiosity, I logged in to my Mac as a host to see if I could replicate the problem and I could. Now on my Mac I can't see or hear the video but I see it playing just fine on my PC. It seems that whatever machine is pushing the video won't display the video nor can you hear it--it just says "buffering" even though it is playing fine in the room. Arghh!
And I can't get it to show correctly on my Mac even after playing through it one time. That seemed to work for the PC--i played through it and then tried again and it finally displayed for me as a host.
