Hello,
I have been using Adobe Connect since the start of lockdown as a teacher and everything was great. However, although the Standard View will now be generalised, I am concerned since the videos I play always stop at some point, after 1, 2 or 3 minutes on this configuration, and it seems impossible to play them till the end - the videos stop for my students, too.
When I use the Classic View, everything works perfectly. I can play the videos as I want. If I upload a video from the classic view, and then swith to the Standard View, it is the same problem. I am using the app.
Would you know how to sort out the issue? The Standard View will be the only one as of this weekend and I am pretty concerned about it!
