We have been using adobe connect for about 9 months. Suddenly today our participants have no camera icon when they come into the room. The webcam is enabled for participants. We dont see anything in the admin that would prevent them from having camera. Has anyone had this and is there a work around? We know that some participants updated right before they came in. HELP!

If it says "Enable for particpant"s in the session check it as it should say disable for participants in your view if it is on for them. We had issues with participants cameras a few weeks back when we turned them off to everyone at one time.
