Hi Adobe,
I am experiencing my Adobe Connect application crashiing every time I click on the camera icon, I have had 3 I.T specialists look at this problem and all have unsuccessfully been able to resolve the issue, I would really appreciate some action taken in getting this fixed as it is essential that I be able to connect to my webcam in my course that i'm studying at the moment. I have also bought and installed another webcam to see if it was the internal webcam that was the problem, however it happened on both webcams. I have been assured from the I.T specialists that the issue lies with Adobe Connect. It is reassuring to see that I am not the only person with this exact problem within this community, and I think reinforces the need for action to be taken swiftly your end to find a solution. Apart from being stressful, it is impeding on my ability to gain all I can from the course that I have undertaken.
