Once the limit of attendees is reached, I'd like to provide a custom message to direct people back to our list of session links. How can I do this. I don't just want the message to say " Registration Limit reached." I want it to be more helpful than that.

If you are hosted with Adobe, then there isn't really a way to change that text. If you have your own Connect server then there is an XML language file that you can modify on the server. I'll dig up the file path if you need it.

I'm new to Adobe Connect. How do I know if my company owns their Connect server or uses Adobe to host?

If the URL for your server is htt p://yourcompany.adobeconnect.com/ then you are hosted with Adobe. If it is something else, htt p://connect.yourcompany.com for example, then you are self hosted.

Ok, our company has it's own Connect server. Can you send me a link for those instructions/ file path?

I think this message would be in the en.xml file on the server at {install directory}\appserv\apps\lang\en.xml
You should be able to search that file for 'Registration limit reached" and find the text there. Keep in mind that the modification to this file may be undone with future updates to the server, so keeping a back up of this file with your changes would be adviseable.
