How do I downlaod a meeting recording as an MP4?

I have 5 webinars recorded and saved in Adobe Connect. I see I can download them as flv files but I need them in MP4 format. Is that something I purchase from Adobe?

That is an option that you would purchase through your Connect Reseller. I'm not sure that it is available to monthly accounts (those accounts purchased through adobe.com).

The process and option to contact sales at Adobe is available here: http://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/kb/recording-mp4.html

As a follow-up, is there any way to record specific pods only and not the

entire portal? If not, is there a way split out the pod recordings from

each other? They seem to reside separately within the recording since

their positioning is still responsive.

Recording specific pods... not really. I suppose you could extract them from the recording source files, but it would be hard to re-associate them with anything else (audio for example). The recording is a re-creation of the meeting room, so it retains most of its interactivity to keep the recording feeling as close to the live meeting as possible. There is the option to exclude content from certain pods in the recording in the Editing function. Not sure if that would meet your needs.

I've just started to play with the recording and I noticed a few things

that suffer in translation. A PDF which I'd had available in a share pod

lost much of its functionality in the recording. I could still flip pages

but I couldn't enlarge or reduce the page size nor could I jump to a page.

Without those features, the value of the PDF is lost for me, so why have

it in the recording?
