Am just about to cancel my Creative Cloud subscription, because my Ps app has disappeared from my machine (Mac), and I cannot re-install it as the download keeps failing (Error 105) for all the apps on my subscription. Adobe will not respond to my messages and therefore will not help me. This could well be the thing that makes me cancel my subscription and go elsewhere for my editing. This is a great shame, having been a user of Photoshop for the past 30 years.
I have deleted all the CC apps from my machine, I have re-set the Creative Cloud app itself, and can confirm that all permission shave remained unchanged since before the mystery Adobe bug struck. Does anyone have any clues? Many thanks
