Hi @Francesco27141871i0ni

Could you please open a support ticket for this issue through the admin console? Our engineering team will need network traffic logs and as well as the Creative Cloud installation logs. This article describes the process for creating a support ticket if needed. https://adobe.ly/4oCvNpz

Thanks,

Dave

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Thanks, no the problem is generated by old user agent string send to webservices from adobe cloud desktop app that zscaled block because insecure. the actual user agent string is Google Chrome (116.x) (Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Apple Silicon15_6_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/116.0.5845.190 Safari/537.36 CreativeCloud/6.8.0.821)  this is old.

The latest is Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/141.0.0.0 Safari/537.36. I believe that Adobe need to update Creative Cloud Desktop App to use a most recent web component inside the application.

Thank you, but I think it's better to leave it in the issues section; perhaps in the ideas section there could be the possibility of passing the user agent as a parameter in the command line for any temporary workarounds.
