Can's remove adobe premiere pro 2024 version from pc

So I don't have premiere pro installed but still it shows up as installed on my apps. I tried to uninstall but it didn't work, so I downloaded the 2025 version from creative cloud and removed it to see if this would remove the older version. This did not work, I still have the 2024 version installed and I don't know what to do, can anyone help?

did you use the cc desktop app to install and then use it to uninstall premiere pro?
