CC claims Substance Painter is not Compatible

Hello,

I can't download Substance Painter to my device, Creative Cloud is telling me it "doesn't work on this device". The download button is replaced with a grey warning that reads "Not Compatible". I checked the hardware requirements page and all of my specs should be compatible with Substance Painter. Any ideas?

System info:

Intel i9-9900K 3.6 GHZ

NVidia 3060 ti

32 GB Ram

Two 2TB SSDs, one m.2 and one SATA

Windows 10 home build 18362.1256
