When I open any app, the CC libraries show up empty. The folders are still there, but either only a handful of graphics show up or none at all. This is happening for every CC user in my organisation and is a significant time sink. The only place the graphics show up as they should is in the CC Library desktop app, which is no use while I'm working.
I've tried the following things to fix it:
- Quit and reopen the CC library desktop app (no change)
- Uninstall and reinstall InDesign (graphics come back in all apps for all users until next day)
- Add new folder/graphic to library (graphics come back to the library folder/graphic was made in until programme is closed, when reopened graphics are gone).
We've put extensive time into building our CC libraries, and this is adding frustration to an already stressful job. I've seen other users are also having issues with this. Is there an interim fix that can be done or will there be a fix for this in the next update?
