Creative Cloud icon in windows system tray has no tooltip label, lowering discoverability. That's it. All other system tray icons have one - the image atttached shows Teams' tooltip. I cannot show you yours as it doesn't have one.

You've misread the question. I know what the icon looks like. That icon has no TEXT tooltip (such as 'Creative Cloud') appear over it when you hover your mouse on it. EVERY other item in the Windows system tray has one. It's a minor but basic WIndows interface thing that somebody has overlooked.

Oh, and as far as your comment 'after finding it the first time if you still need a tooltip you have other issues.' goes - this is a web usability and discoverability matter. I work in government and we have strict requirements to ensure all users, no matter their visual, perceptive or other capabilities, can access and use our online facilities. These requirements are fixed in legislation and there are penalties for publishing web resources that fail to meet these requirements. You may be in a situation where you can afford to play loose with accessibility and access issues and can cheerfully insult system users who may have issues accessing resoures that lack these features. Most of us working in these spaces do not. Your post also fails the community guideline above of 'be kind and respectful'.
