Device activation limit reached but all devices listed are the same one

I get andom Activation Limit reached notifacations. the issues is all the devices listed are the same computer. I don't know what i can do to fix this. I only use Adobe on 2 Computers.

for cc apps, go to your account show, https://account.adobe.com and deactivate all devices and enable 2fa
