Erroneous Update Notifications

I am currently using PS v 26.7.0 20250513.r.15 on Windows 11 24H2 

I've had a couple of update notifications in the last few days saying 'Update for Photoshop Available'
When I go into creative cloud and go to updates, It says everything is up to date,  (Photoshop Updated 18 days ago). This is the same even if i refresh. 

I suspect there is a bug somewhere ??

It has been an occasional issue for some time and lies with the CC desktop app. I got such a notification this morning telling me I had 18 app updates. All were up to date.

I've moved your thread from the Photoshop forum to the Creative Cloud Desktop forum where you are more likely to get help with your issue.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Could you please help to collect and share the Creative cloud logs using Log collector tool. You can run the tool and upload the logs and share the file name with us.
