Issue with Creative Cloud File Loading When Switching Accounts

Hey,

I've been experiencing an issue with Creative Cloud when saving and accessing my files after switching between accounts. I have both a personal and a school account, and lately, I haven't been able to properly load or download my files when switching.

 

So far, this issue seems to only affect Illustrator, as I primarily save Illustrator files to the Cloud, whereas I store files for other apps on my PC. This has happened once before but was eventually resolved on its own. However, the problem has returned, and I’ve noticed that the issue persists even when trying to open these files on other devices.

 

It seems to occur when I switch between accounts multiple times in a short period. Any insights on what might be causing this or how to fix it?

As shown below, even when the document appears to be fully "loaded," it remains stuck. I’m unable to cancel the process and ultimately can’t access my files unless I go through the browser instead. This workaround is frustrating and doesn’t resolve the core issue, which continues to persist.
