Login errors

I keep running into the same login issue - I try to login to creative cloud to use photoshop and then get in a cycle of validation errors where it tells me to sign in, then tells me i've been signed out.  Attaching pngs of both screens/the login screen.  For additional context, I'm trying to login using my google account via the "Continue with Google" button, which always reports as successful.

Any idea how to resolve this? Completely restarting my PC will often solve the issue, but I am sick of doing that EVERY time.  Is Adobe's authentication just that bad?  Can you just let me skip the auth and use photoshop offline? This is ridiculous

Hey,

So I've been having trouble signing in to creative cloud on my pc, thus all other adobe programs too. (After attempting to sign in, it says I have been logged out and I need to sign in again. And this goes into a loop)

I've tried everything that I found online, cleaning the complete adobe and reinstalling it (with the tool too) changing all the logs even resetting windows. The funny thing is if I create a new user on the PC (My wife, with her credentials) and log in with this account I can open creative cloud and download and run any other app from it. It's a mystery. PLEASE HElP ME, because I'm going crazy.

@peterp54831954

if you also disabled your av while trying to login and that failed, contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Hi @peterp54831954, is this a personal account or one that you have through work? Are you able to sign in successfully to https://account.adobe.com ?

Hi @Tannar5E8C, are you attempting to sign in within Photoshop or in the Creative Cloud app?
