Tarda mucho en sincronizar

Hola, al hacer la tipica sincronización automática que tarda nada, me estan tardando la sincronización unos dos minutos alguien sabe por qué puede ser? Lo tengo todo a la misma velocidad de fps. ..

how many gb are you trying to sync?
