Too many devices signed in bug.

I am getting too many devices signed in error for multiple apps, but I can see that all the current sign-ins are on the computer I am currently working on. This happened in multiple design apps even after restart.

this is common, especially lately.  you should be able to sign in on your current computer by signing out of the others.
