Unable to upload jpg

Hey guy;

 

I'm having trouble uploading my jpg files to creative cloud in the desktop app. Whenever I try to upload it immediately says "unable to upload" and when I try to use the web option, there's no option for upload, only a create folder option. Has anyone else experienced this issue? if so, how did you resolve it?Screenshot (41).png

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Have you tried restarting the computer? Can you also try resetting the Creative Cloud Desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R


Also, you might want to check for updates from the Help menu
