Wieso sehen die beiden Interfaces verschieden aus?

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, diese anzupassen?
Wie kann ich die APP-Seitenleiste einschalten?

Der einzige Unterschied zwischen den beiden Screens ist. Der obere ist mein privater Account und der untere ist mein Firmen Account.
Sonst ist alle gleich. Ich habe alles gecheckt, alle Versionsnummern, alles.
