Bonjour, je ne sais pas si je poste au bon endroit mais je suis totalement perdue 🫣

J'ai payé un abonnement étudiant en novembre dernier mais quand je me reconnecte via un autre PC, je n'ai plus accès à mon abonnement !

Quelqu'un aurait-il une réponse a m'apporter ? 🥺

Je retrouve mon mail de confirmation de compte et le prélèvement de l'abonnement.

sign out of tbe cc desktop app and then sign back in using the account/profile with the subscription.
